what kind of names to put on my invitaion?

i was previously married, kept my old married name for son's sake...so that leaves off my last name - it would be tacky to have ex name on there...and my parents will not likly be at my wedding or participating- all the invitaon companies say mr and mrs smith invite you to witness the marriage of their daughter - what am i supposed to write?
