Day of Coordination

Faithfully Yours will coordinate all of the details of your special day, leaving you to be a guest at your own wedding. We will meet with you to discuss the vendors you have chosen and from there we will communicate with all parties involved to ensure that deliveries and set up is executed as planned. Along with a detailed time-line, we are on-site handling all the details.

Marbella will offer a gourmet dining experience with in a sophisticated trendy atmosphere. A tasteful selection of appetizers, ranging from stuffed dates and ceviche to fried calamari made from fresh squid paired with secret dipping sauces will give the guest an appetizing start to the meal. The menu will include personal size pizzas, gourmet burgers, steaks, and seafood. The menu will also feature a few vegan products. The vegan market is an ever growing market, and it would be a nice option to offer the guests. We will also include an extensive tapas menu which will be extended through the late night portion of the evening, this will mainly serve as finger food for guests who wish to eat and drink alcohol. The concept here is to give the guest quality products at reasonable prices. More importantly, to keep everything fresh and healthy as much as possible buying local products will be one of the main goals of the restaurant, while keeping everything reasonably priced.
